Update hmDefines.h with Byte order as in HERF_1CH.cpp, HERF_2CH.cpp

#1829 suggests to use the byte order in the RealTimeRunData response as implemented in HERF_1CH.cpp, HERF_2CH.cpp of the OpenDTU project.
HERF_4CH.cpp uses the same byte order as HM_4CH.cpp and therefor these bytes are left unchanged.
