Translated the remaining untranslated strings in the French locale file, covering GICS sector names, admin/market-data labels, the FIRE calculator page, the risk-rule engine's category and message templates, and the about-page marketing copy. Also fixed three entries that were already translated but had drifted from the current source: two currency-effect strings referencing a stale variable name, and a Set up / emergency-fund label that had picked up an extra category prefix somewhere along the way.pull/7261/head
