refactor(client): migrate login with access token dialog to standalone

- Remove component from header imports array (not needed for MatDialog)

- Update component name to GfLoginWithAccessTokenDialogComponent

- Remove login-with-access-token-dialog.module.ts

- Update CHANGELOG.md with correct positioning
