Subject: [PATCH] Add IBKR export instructions to FAQ

Added step-by-step instructions to the FAQ page explaining how to export transactions from Interactive Brokers (IBKR) using Flex Queries. This addresses issue #1829 where users requested documentation on how to import transactions from IBKR.

The instructions include:
- How to navigate to Flex Queries in IBKR Client Portal
- Setting up Activity Flex Query with proper configuration
- Selecting Trades and Executions
- Configuring date format to mm/dd/yyyy
- Running the query and exporting as CSV
- Note about setting language to English for proper CSV headers
