TTL cache hit (same tool_result_id on second call) 3. compare_neighborhoods returns expected structure 4. Feature flag disabled → FEATURE_DISABLED error, no crash 5. Rules 1 and 10 in SYSTEM_PROMPT and the format_node user prompt now enforce one citation per sentence placed at the end, not inline after each value.
