Cache key incorporates filter values. - All error returns now use nested {code, message} format: REAL_ESTATE_FEATURE_DISABLED, REAL_ESTATE_PROVIDER_UNAVAILABLE. - Add _invocation_log + _log_invocation() module-level observability: records timestamp, function, query (80-char truncated), duration_ms, success.
