Unarchive ciphers when archivedDate is explicitly null

Option<String> cannot distinguish a missing archivedDate from JSON null,
so PUT /api/ciphers/{id} with "archivedDate": null never cleared the
archive row. Treat null as unarchive while leaving omitted fields alone,
matching Bitwarden cloud behavior.
