In an oversight i forgot to set the type to a hidden type if converting the int was not possible.
This fixes that.

It seems the iOS clients are not able to handle the `type` key within the `fields` array when they are of the type string.
All other clients seem to handle this just fine though.
This PR fixes this by validating it is a number, if this is not the case, try to convert the string to a number, or return the default of `1`.
`1` is used as this is the type `hidden` and should prevent accidental data disclosure.

It appears that some password histories have an encrypted value on the `lastUsedDate`
Instead of only checking if it is a string, also check if it is a valid RFC Date/Time String.
If not, set it also to epoch 0.

It seemed to have been possible to have `null` date values.
This PR fixes this by setting the epoch start date if either the date does not exists or is not a string.
This should solve sync issues with the new native mobile clients.

The v2024.6.2 web-vault calls an endpoint with invalid arguments.
If this happens we ignore the call and just return an Ok.

This PR adds a config option to allow the note size to increase to 100_000, instead of the default 10_000.
Since this might cause issues with the clients (in the future), and will cause issues with importing into a Bitwarden server, i added warnings regarding this.

This was because the `flexibleCollections` was set to `true`
Found an issue with loading some old created Secure Notes which had `{}` or `{"type":null}` as there `data` value.
This isn't allowed. When detected, replace it with `{"type":0}`

The latter needed a lot of changes done, mostly `Duration` to `TimeDelta`.
And some changes on how to use Naive.
Since we now use the `ClientIp` Guard on a lot more places, it also
increases the size of binary, and the macro generated code because of
this extra Guard. By merging the `ClientIp` Guard with the several
`Header` guards we have it reduces the amount of code generated
(including LLVM IR), but also a small speedup in build time.
I also spotted some small `json!()` optimizations which also reduced the
amount of code generated.
- Supports the new Collection/Group/User editing UI's
- Support `/partial` endpoint for cipher updating to allow folder and favorite update for read-only ciphers.
- Prevent `Favorite`, `Folder`, `read-only` and `hide-passwords` from being added to the organizational sync.

compatible with Bitwarden. And some clients tend to break on very large
notes.
We already added a check for this limit when adding a single cipher, but
this caused issues during import, and could cause a partial imported
vault. Bitwarden does some validations before actually running it
through the import process and generates a special error message which
helps the user indicate which items are invalid during the import.
This PR adds that validation check and returns the same kind of error.

Improved sync speed by resolving the N+1 query issues.
Solves #1402 and Solves #1453
With this change there is just one query done to retreive all the
important data, and matching is done in-code/memory.
With a very large database the sync time went down about 3 times.
Also updated misc crates and Github Actions versions.

For one of these flags to be in effect for a cipher, upstream requires all of
(rather than any of) the collections the cipher is in to have that flag set.
Also, some of the logic for loading access restrictions was wrong. I think
that only malicious clients that also had knowledge of the UUIDs of ciphers
they didn't have access to would have been able to take advantage of that.
Upstream will soon auto-delete trashed items after 30 days, but some people
use the trash as an archive folder, so to avoid unexpected data loss, this
implementation requires the user to explicitly enable auto-deletion.
Updated several json response models.
Also fixed a few small bugs.

When using MariaDB v10.5+ Foreign-Key errors were popping up because of
some changes in that version. To mitigate this on MariaDB and other
MySQL forks those errors are now catched, and instead of a replace_into
an update will happen. I have tested this as thorough as possible with
MariaDB 10.5, 10.4, 10.3 and the default MySQL on Ubuntu Focal. And
tested it again using sqlite, all seems to be ok on all tables.

If org owners/admins set their org access to only include selected
collections, then ciphers from non-selected collections shouldn't
appear in "My Vault". This matches the upstream behavior.
Diesel requires the following changes:
- Separate connection and pool types per connection, the generate_connections! macro generates an enum with a variant per db type
- Separate migrations and schemas, these were always imported as one type depending on db feature, now they are all imported under different module names
- Separate model objects per connection, the db_object! macro generates one object for each connection with the diesel macros, a generic object, and methods to convert between the connection-specific and the generic ones
- Separate connection queries, the db_run! macro allows writing only one that gets compiled for all databases or multiple ones
Currently, favorites are tracked at the cipher level. For org-owned ciphers,
this means that if one user sets it as a favorite, it automatically becomes a
favorite for all other users that the cipher has been shared with.
