Since we now use the `ClientIp` Guard on a lot more places, it also
increases the size of binary, and the macro generated code because of
this extra Guard. By merging the `ClientIp` Guard with the several
`Header` guards we have it reduces the amount of code generated
(including LLVM IR), but also a small speedup in build time.
I also spotted some small `json!()` optimizations which also reduced the
amount of code generated.
- Changed MSRV to v1.65.
Discussed this with @dani-garcia, and we will support **N-2**.
This is/will be the same as for the `time` crate we use.

Added support for Argon2 hashing support for the `ADMIN_TOKEN` instead
of only supporting a plain text string.
The hash must be a PHC string which can be generated via the `argon2`
CLI **or** via the also built-in hash command in Vaultwarden.
You can simply run `vaultwarden hash` to generate a hash based upon a
password the user provides them self.
Added a warning during startup and within the admin settings panel is
the `ADMIN_TOKEN` is not an Argon2 hash.
Within the admin environment a user can ignore that warning and it will
not be shown for at least 30 days. After that the warning will appear
again unless the `ADMIN_TOKEN` has be converted to an Argon2 hash.
I have also tested this on my RaspberryPi 2b and there the `Bitwarden`
preset takes almost 4.5 seconds to generate/verify the Argon2 hash.
Using the `OWASP` preset it is below 1 second, which I think should be
fine for low-graded hardware. If it is needed people could use lower
memory settings, but in those cases I even doubt Vaultwarden it self
would run. They can always use the `argon2` CLI and generate a faster hash.
This PR adds query logging support as an optional feature.
It is only allowed during development/debug builds, and will abort when
used during a `--release` build.
For this feature to be fully activated you also need to se an
environment variable `QUERY_LOGGER=1` to activate the debug log-level
for this crate, else there will be no output.
The reason for this PR is that sometimes it is useful to be able to see
the generated queries, like when debugging an issue, or trying to
optimize a query. Currently i always added this code when needed, but
having this a part of the code could benifit other developers too who
maybe need this.

currently, if the admin guard fails the user will get a 404 page.
and when the session times out after 20 minutes post methods will
give the reason "undefined" as a response while generating the support
string will fail without any user feedback.
this commit changes the error handling on admin pages
* by removing the reliance on Rockets forwarding and making the login
page an explicit route that can be redirected to from all admin pages
* by removing the obsolete and mostly unused Referer struct we can
redirect the user back to the requested admin page directley
* by providing an error message for json requests the
`get_diagnostics_config` and all post methods can return a more
comprehensible message and the user can be alerted
* the `admin_url()` function can be simplified because rfc2616 has been
obsoleted by rfc7231 in 2014 (and also by the recently released
rfc9110) which allows relative urls in the Location header.

The previous persistent folder check worked by checking if a file
exists. If you used a bind-mount, then this file is not there. But when
using a docker/podman volume those files are copied, and caused the
container to not start.
This change checks the `/proc/self/mountinfo` for a specific patern to
see if the data folder is persistent or not.

A bit inspired by @paolobarbolini from this commit at lettre https://github.com/lettre/lettre/pull/784 .
I added a few more clippy lints here, and fixed the resulted issues.
Overall i think this could help in preventing future issues, and maybe
even peformance problems. It also makes some code a bit more clear.
We could always add more if we want to, i left a few out which i think
arn't that huge of an issue. Some like the `unused_async` are nice,
which resulted in a few `async` removals.
Some others are maybe a bit more estatic, like `string_to_string`, but i
think it looks better to use `clone` in those cases instead of `to_string` while they already are a string.
Regarding some recent issues with sending attachments, but previously
also some changes to the API for example which could cause a `400` error
it just returned that there is something wrong, but not to much details
on what exactly.
To help with getting a bit more detailed information, we should set the
log-level for `_` to at least `Warn`.
This will add a persistent volume check to make sure when running
containers someone is using a volume for persistent storage.
This check can be bypassed if someone configures
`I_REALLY_WANT_VOLATILE_STORAGE=true` as an environment variable.
This should prevent issues like #2493 .
The limits for uploading files were to small in regards to the allowed
maximum filesize of the Bitwarden clients including the web-vault.
Changed both `data-form` (used for Send) and `file` (used for
attachments) to be 525MB, this is the same size we already check our selfs.
Also changed the `json` limit to be 20MB, this should allow very large
imports with 4000/5000+ items depending on if there are large notes or not.
And, also disabled Rocket from outputting colors, these colors were also
send to the log files and syslog. I think this changed in Rocket 0.5rc
somewhere, need to look a bit further into that maybe.
Improved sync speed by resolving the N+1 query issues.
Solves #1402 and Solves #1453
With this change there is just one query done to retreive all the
important data, and matching is done in-code/memory.
With a very large database the sync time went down about 3 times.
Also updated misc crates and Github Actions versions.
- Removed all `thread::sleep` and use `tokio::time::sleep` now.
This solves an issue with updating to Bullseye ( Resolves#1998 )
- Updated all Debian images to Bullseye
- Added MiMalloc feature and enabled it by default for Alpine based images
This increases performance for the Alpine images because the default
memory allocator for MUSL based binaries isn't that fast
