Fix json section by removing json syntax highlighting. The `//` comments make it invalid and it looks weird. so i adjusted the note, tweaks the example to be valid without comments and one or two settings that were wrong and i think that will be acceptable.

Update documentation expressing limitation of systemd, which prevents the system file as detailed from working without a change to the `WorkingDirectory`. Specifically the use of relative path names.
This is an A to Z guide to install wetty as a local user on Debian and easily configure critical settings in a very short period time.
It is aimed at being a copy and paste guide with notes and explanations to help understand the installation and setup.
