Feature/add manual exchange rate to activity

* Add optional exchangeRate to Order (asset profile currency to base currency)
* Apply it to the cost basis, fees, dividends, interest and liabilities at the activity date
* Add exchange rate input to the create or update activity dialog
* Pass it through import and export
* Add toCurrencyAtDateWithExchangeRate to ExchangeRateDataService
