Fill in 43 trans-units in messages.ko.xlf that were tagged but left
untranslated (target text identical to the English source with
state="new"). Placeholders, ICU plural syntax and HTML/interpolation
tags are preserved unchanged.

Not touched intentionally:
- 18 kebab-case route slugs (explicitly noted as untranslated by design)
- 4 units already reviewed and marked state="translated" where keeping
  the English form matches existing convention in de/fr/ja locales
